This beautiful apron is a work of love.
The body is made of hand stitched embroidery on tea stained muslin. Accents include stamped lettering and hand painted lace trim. The fringe is made up of several fun fabrics and antiqued lace and ribbon finish off the piece. Much of this piece is hand sewn, and what I love about it most is that it took so many little imperfections to make it perfect. This piece was created to have a raw look, which is much different from how I normally go. All the little strings, and crinkles blend together to make it seem as if it created itself.
